Alexandria mold remediation

This Alexandria home had a roof leak resulting in suspicious growth that was later identified as mold. SERVPRO of Alexandria responded by setting up containment (so as not to cross contaminate other parts of the house) and air scrubbers to achieve negative pressure. Once we had control of the area we hepa-vacuumed all surfaces, removed unsalvageable material, applied an EPA approved (green) antimicrobial agent to neutralize any mold spores left over after the hepa-vac and steamed cleaned the carpets. Finally, we fogged with an EPA approved (green) antimicrobial agent. The home was later tested by an industrial hygienist in which we received a passing grade.
