Mold remediation after a flood event

This mold job was extremely bad due to a flood that occurred in the spring of 2017. The homeowners waited to call us. This delay created secondary damage outside of the existing water damage. Since the flood water was contaminated and mold began to spread we were given permission to remove everything. The entire house was affected so we did not have to set up containment barriers to prevent cross-contamination. Ultimately, the house was stripped down to the frame, which we were able to salvage by applying an anti-microbial agent. The customer, although saddened by their loss, was grateful for our sense of urgency.
